Yes, there is a 1600 square feet minimum house size for homes. In addition, there will be an architectural committee to insure quality homes.

Are all of the lots buildable?
Yes, each of the parcels has been soil tested for septic systems and all 3 lots being sold have beautiful building sites.

Are utilities already provided?
Electricity, telephone located adjacent to the property at Brookside Road.

What schools can my children attend?
Eden Farm Estates residents have their choice of attending Fond du Lac or Campbellsport public school systems, as well as St Mary's Springs High School, and Winnebago Lutheran Academy.

No.

How big is the total development?
There are three sites available, but the future owner(s) of lot 3 may subdivide into additional parcels of varying sizes. The total development is just under 40 acres.

If we buy a lot, do we have to build within a certain time?
No, there is not a "must build" clause on these lots.

Will Eden Farms developers provide financing?
No. The developer will not provide financing. However, many local bankers are quite willing to provide financing for qualified buyers.

What does the property look like?
The property looks like a beautiful park, with gentle rolling hills, bordered by mature oak and birch trees, with little undergrowth. There is a ridge running the width of the property near the planned pond allowing many homes to have walkout basements.
